The worst and most stressful experience…
The worst and most stressful experience we've ever had. Arriving at the airport we had paid for a Meet and Greet service. We phoned the number stated on the email confirmation, the phone was answered by a man who didn't even speak English well, who very unpleasantly said to us that he has not received a booking confirmation from the company and basically without explanation told us he doesn't have our registration on his system and that's it. No willingness to help us or at least meet us and verify that we have a booking reference and confirmation of payment. He said he'll call the company and call us back which never happened. We ended up having to pay 132 quid for 2 days parking at the multistorey as there was nothing we could've done, you can't contact Looking4 to ask them what's going on and certainly can't miss your flight while waiting on these scammers to mess you around. Extremely disappointed!!! I have no way to contact you as I want you to refund us the 132 we had to pay because of your utter incompetence, I have documented proof of everything explained on the review. Can you please reply to me advising where I can email/call you?

I paid £210 to use 'Looking4Parking…
I paid £210 to use 'Looking4Parking Priority Meet & Greet' and went through 'Top cashback' to get 30% back, but have not recieved anything as Looking4parking said I didn't go through Top cashback. I know I did as I use Top cashback all the time and certainly would have gone through them. So will try finding another company in the future

If I could rate them lower I would! Avoid this company at all costs! I booked with this company over a week before my trip. I had no email confirmation. My account showed I had no bookings. I was unable to access the booking and was forced to pay again and they refused to refund my original fee. Claiming that they could see the booking from their end. Why would I pay for the same partaking twice? The customer service department were rude, condescending and patronising! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Or maybe this will happen to you too!
Disappointing customer service - no refund after 1 month
Extremely disappointed to have to write this. Bad reviews are not something I enjoy - we’re all human and mistakes happen.
However, on the 6th June in the early hours our meet and greet parking was cancelled via text message. Simply stating refund would be processed within 3-5 working days, I had booked 2 cars in. Extremely stressful an hour before we were due to arrive but thankfully managed to sort another and avoid the expensive charges for last minute airport parking.
Returning from our holiday still no sign of refund.
I’ve sent multiple emails, including screen shots of payments and the text.
It is now the 8th of July, I’ve received 1 refund (excluding booking fee which is frustrating considering the time scale)
To date I’ve had no response for over a week via email and have requested a phone number multiple times to no avail.
I’m still awaiting 2nd car refund and have requested booking fee to also be returned due to the experience.
I should not have to chase for 1 month for money to be refunded when cancelled by the third party and not ourselves.

Never again!
Booked parking for Gatwick south terminal but when I called half an hour before arrival I was directed to north terminal. Looking4Parking said they were only aware the day before so couldn’t advise customers.
Flight was cancelled, I therefore needed my vehicle back to go to another airport.
Looking4Parking said ‘they had no idea where my vehicle is’ and took 90 minute to locate and bring back to airport
Which meant I could not make it to Luton airport in time.
I really wonder do wonder just how far away our vehicles are being parked whilst we are away?!?!

Had parking booked in Southampton.
My wife changed her car. Registration number and model needed to be amended for the booking. I’m not that computer savvy along with numbers of other people. Having issues trying to amend booking. Just sent a quick request to the customer service dept.
Job done overnight. I received a very nice email to let me know everything was sorted, booking successfully amended.
Great customer service. A rarity these days

ever so simple
ever so simple, directions where excellent to the long stay car park and only a few minutes walk to the terminal, on the
return after a 3 hr flight delay the last thing i needed was hassle exiting the carpark, but it was spot on obviously they must keep tabs on flight times, straight to barrier and away, i have already booked for my september holiday parking many thanks guys.
